2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Ensure all trash is properly bagged and placed outside by the scheduled pickup time
- Avoid placing hazardous, oversized, or loose items
- Notify Ecofetchr of changes to access or service requests
3. Payments & Billing
Clients agree to timely payments according to the plan agreed upon. Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel service by providing written notice at least 14 days in advance. Refunds are not issued for services already rendered.
5. Service Limitations
Ecofetchr is not responsible for missed pickups due to inclement weather, property inaccessibility, or client non-compliance. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Ecofetchr and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ecofetchr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
